The Wedding Fair is a travelling series of intimate wedding fairs, each hosted at a different venue. Couples come for a wander, meet the people who could help bring their day together, and get a feel for the place itself.
How it works
Your venue is part of the day.
A garden, a beautiful dining room, a view, a place to stay: couples understand these things differently when they can experience them. The fair gives them a reason to visit and the space to imagine their own wedding there.
The aim is a welcoming day with room for a proper conversation. Your team can show people around, answer questions and talk through what a wedding at your venue could look like.
A local gathering, planned together.
Each fair brings a venue and local wedding suppliers together. We work with the host to shape a gathering that suits the space, the setting and the people it welcomes.
Start with the place.
We talk about your venue, the spaces you’d like couples to see, suitable dates and what a comfortable day would look like.
Work out the details.
We agree the date, opening times, supplier mix and practical arrangements together. Capacity, access, weather plans, responsibilities and any costs are settled before the fair is confirmed.
Give people a reason to come.
The fair gets its own page with the venue, date, time and RSVP. Couples can discover it through the region they’re interested in and choose to receive news about fairs there.
Open the doors.
Welcome couples, introduce your people and let them explore. There’s time to ask questions, make connections and take the next step when it feels right.
A place on the map, beyond one afternoon.
Your venue has its own page with photos, information, location and contact details, alongside upcoming and previous fairs held there. Each fair has a separate RSVP, so couples can make a clear choice about which gathering they’d like to attend.
People choose the regions they want to hear about and can change those preferences later. Joining a regional list or RSVPing to a fair does not sign someone up to a venue’s or supplier’s marketing list.
